His attention to detail and genuine commitment to safety truly stood out. When it comes to your car, knowing the mechanics are handled properly gives real peace of mind. I truly appreciate his professionalism and care.

This would be a five star rating but a 2-3 hour wait time is just not acceptable. They really need to respect the customer more and not let the reservation time get over booked. I made an appointment for 10:30 and was told it would be two hours before anyone would even look at the job. Had they just told be that my reservation was at noon, I could have planned around it. Also, the place looked run down, like they are going out of business. This isn't a way to keep customers coming back. On the plus side, the staff and service was great, when it happened. They were upfront about the wait time.

Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I went there after visiting another place that tried to charge me a very high amount for low-quality tires. The team carefully checked my car, explained the best options available, and completed the work on the spot. I paid the same amount but received premium tires instead, which made a huge difference in value. I waited less than two hours, and they even checked my car battery as part of the service. I left very happy with the experience and truly appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

I went for a wheel and steering alignment, and paid $30,00 to get my steering wheel column centered. This was not done. While driving straight. The steering wheel need to be adjusted to the left side. So disgusting, because I do not have the necessary time in my schedule to be going back and forth to get something done, which should be done properly in the first place. Please train your your technicians to stop taking short cuts. This is poor management.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Pep Boys Astoria, thanks to Ayana. From the moment I dropped off my car, she went above and beyond to help me. She assisted me in getting approved for credit, helped me get a discount for the AC service, and thanks to her support, I was also able to get new tires and an alignment for my car. Ayana was patient, professional, caring, and truly made a stressful situation so much easier for me. Because of her help, I’m finally on my way to getting my AC fixed as well. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find nowadays, and she deserves recognition for how dedicated and helpful she was. Thank you, Ayana, for treating me with kindness and making sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate everything you did for me 🙌
