Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

First and foremost my appt was at 9:00 a.m. which only had to get an oil change, tire rotation and balance my tires. Why they didn’t finish until almost 12:00. They must think females don’t knw anything, well this was the wrong female. Not only did it take long but the technician was rude black older guy of Caribbean decent, who forgot or deliberately didn’t put the sticker in my vehicle, and inserted him of such he told me oh you don’t need it the car will alert you and that he reset my computer. But that’s the problem right there I didn’t ask you what you did, and instead of saying ok let me take care of it my apologies he further went on to say well you go inside and ask one of the guys to do it. Totally rude… after waiting again for a few another 10 -14 mins it was taking care by another staff member. I have since let management know for corporate and they have opened some case but it should have to come to this. Know how to treat your customers…even if I am just spending $5, that’s my $5 I don’t have to spend there. I in my went there since my mechanic was closed and it happen to fit my schedule. Oh and guess what I also brought my own oil and filter so why the long wait. Smdh….

Terrible experience, bought in my car for service got a broken windshield back. They called me about brakes and other problems but not a windshield. When I asked whats this crack, they claimed it was already there. Now they won't fix it or bother to check the cameras and see what happened. Now I gotta fix it myself and go to court to get it resolved.

The new manager (Jay) was very courteous over the phone to help me sort out a part for my car. I dropped by without an appointment and they diagnosed that it was an electrical problem. Lovely waiting area with tv, free coffee (coffee pods) and bathroom. Easy to pull car in and also have a parking lot. Was able to get an inspection done and will return for some additional work. In all I was there less than an hour.

Awesome service from Jay, the new manager and his team! Even though the shop was busy, they took the time to explain what my vehicle needs and got me out in a timely manner! Efficient, knowledgeable, and professional! Thank you Pep Boys team for a wonderful experience!!

The office staff was great and professional. The waiting room and bathroom were very clean; with k-cup machine (fully stocked) snack machine. The mechanics were also friendly and polite; they did a great job with my tire installation and wheel alignment. They had a parking lot, which was great as well. Pricing was good and the waiting the same. I recommend this Pepboy location.
