HORRIBLE. I HAD A SCHEDULED RIDE THIS MORNING AT 7:45. No call no show for the driver. Nobody even called to confirm the trip the day before. I called them and sat on hold forever. Then the girl hangs up on me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
View on GoogleFantastic customer service, clean cars, friendly drivers, and beyond reasonably priced. I highly recommend them especially if you need to plan a ride ahead of time. Also, much cheaper than Uber!
