Parts Authority

This place is great! I was having issues finding a part for my Jeep but all the guys behind the counter worked together to help me get what I needed and were super friendly and helpful. The problem was the cashier. I could barely hear what the guys helping me were saying. He kept shouting and cursing. I was there with my 3 year old daughter. My part was on the table ready for me to pay for it but I stood there for 5min waiting to pay someone. Once the cashier finally came to the register he was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I just moved to the area and was happy to find such helpful people close to home but after that encounter I won't be coming back here anymore.

Fast, knowledgeable and good at what they do. They get parts quickly and they get the right parts every time. Excellent customer service and great prices. So glad to have them in the area.
