Best shop in the neighborhood! I’ve been going there for several years, and the owner, Ronnie, along with the mechanic, Roy, are genuinely great people. Most importantly, they really know what they’re doing and bring decades of experience to the table. When it comes to car repairs, the only thing that matters to me is having the job done correctly, and I’m glad I found a shop I can truly trust. Their prices are fair, and I always feel confident knowing my vehicle is being handled with care and repaired properly, giving me peace of mind every time I drive. Highly recommended!

I’m sure a lot of people have had bad experiences with mechanics. I used to feel the same way—every time I needed my car checked or fixed, I would ask a few places, compare prices, and try to pick a guy who seems the most honest and competent. I’m so glad I chose this place. Even though Ronnie looks a little grumpy (lol), he’s the best!!!! Can’t emphasize enough! I got my car AC fixed so quickly and at such a great price. Now I not only have a working AC, but I also know from now on I have a place I can trust with my car and confidently recommend to friends and family.

The best find ever, and I'd never go elsewhere for service on my car. The work is excellent, customer service is superb (you never have to entertain an AI for 20 minutes before talking to a human) and you'll never find more helpful and kind people anywhere.

I visited this place for a NY State vehicle inspection with my 2023 Kia Soul. After the inspection, the owner, an older man, told me my rear brake pads were low and needed replacement. When I asked for the price, he first said he would tell me if I made an appointment. A few minutes later, he casually quoted over $400 for new pads and a new rotor. For a 2023 vehicle, however, a new rotor should not be necessary unless it is defective. I declined to make an appointment and planned to pay the inspection fee and leave. Then he handed me a card and said, “If the price is a concern, go here—it’ll be cheaper. I don’t know if they’re good though.” I found this rude and unprofessional. He also suggested replacing the rear windshield wiper blade, to which I replied firmly, “I can do it myself.” This kind of attitude and overcharging does not reflect well on the business. I won’t be returning and booked a fair, honest mechanic instead.

I've been a going to Parkway Service Center for some years now. Was there a few days ago due to an accident, side swiped with such force that I though the car was totaled. I decided to get it towed to PSC thinking that it would cost too much, possibly more then the car was worth. To my surprise not only was the cost lower then I expected but they did a fantastic job and in a short amount of time. Car is running fine.
