Parking 24 Hours Parkchester

Spent 45 minutes looking for parking and my friend recommended me to park in the parking lot. However, even though it says 24 hours but there was no staff to guide or inform us and when I came back to retrieve my car, the main shutters were closed. Luckily someone was coming into the parking lot otherwise you have to wait until 6AM. I called the phone number next to the gate but he said he couldn’t do anything until 6AM. I also called Metropolis for assistance but they could only open the arm gate. Rates on board and what you pay online is totally different. I paid 21.99 for 4 hours when it showed cheaper on the board (unsure if this was because of tax) I came out of town to celebrate a graduation… should’ve risked a ticket for all that hassle.

Parking lot is ALWAYS FULL! NO LONGER HAS DAILY PARKING SPOTS. THEY NEED TO OPEN THE OTHER PARKING BUILDING AND PROVIDE MORE SPACES! THIS A BUILDING SITTING EMPTY THAT CAN PROVIDE EXTRA PARKING!

Why isn't there a phone number that I can call or why isn't there a phone number online That's like so unprofessional

Not 24 hours if you are daily. Elevator breaks down too often.

Close to shopping area, restaurants and recreational areas, has a very updated automatic self-service and also counts with very friendly assistance with their group of professional attendants.
