I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash in Parkchester, Bronx. I paid $25 for their “super wash,” but the service did not come close to what was promised. The car wasn’t cleaned properly—there was still visible dirt, the vacuuming was poorly done, and the glass and dashboard were not cleaned at all. What’s even more frustrating is that my car ended up with scratches after the wash. This is especially upsetting because my car is still very new, with only 2,714 miles on it. I expected a higher level of care and professionalism, but instead, I left with a worse situation than when I arrived. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

For TLC Uber/Lyft/Taxi drivers this is a good car wash. Regular wash inside and outside only $12 with tax. If you are looking for a deeper clean, I recommend going to “Gentle Touch Hand Wash and Detailing”

Do NOT waste your money here!! WHAT IS the point of taking your car to car wash when they don’t clean it? I asked one employee to clean the areas he forgot, he gave me the cloth and asked me to clean it myself. 😂🤯

I do not recommend this place at all! I paid for the most expensive service to get the best clean for my vehicle. These days, the car dryers are lazy and rude! As you can see... there was blue tape left on my mirror! He even wiped it with the towel like it was part of my car! Smh! Water is still everywhere. I had to use my own towels to finish the dry. When I asked the guy what's up with all of the things not done, he wanted to play like he didn't understand me and walked off! I'm absolutely sick of these car wash places! The highest paid service should be damn near as close to a detail as possible without the detailing attributes. But no! You pay more and still get the same service as the cheaper options! I'm livid! Even left trash inside the car. What do you think inside and outside means? Smh! It's just sad!

Had my oil changed and that person put the metal and the plastic backwards and then broke the screw. I was in New Jersey going 75 miles an hour, and the plastic in the metal is dragging on the ground and when I went back to talk to the manager, he says he wasn’t going to fix anything, but I should’ve looked at it before I left
