I'm pretty sure they paid the below people to write what they wrote because this is the worst parking garage in the history. No, it is the worst establishment in the history of parking garages. First, they conveniently forgot to disclose the extra $100 fee for plug in vehicles when they sent the initial approved and signed contract. We reached out to them asking them about this clear consumer/business violation and asked them to set up a payment method. Guess what? They didn't answer the question regarding the violation and only responded about the payment method going live soon. We thought nothing of it and waited for them to set that up. This garage only has one charger for plug-in vehicles that aren't Tesla's so the fee is heinous. But wait, there's more! Every time we came back to the garage to park our vehicle, we were looked at suspiciously by the despicable man in the photo among other parking attendants. We kindly asked them to plug in our car and charge it until the battery is full and then unplug it. They agreed. Then, they called the management company and accused us of touching other vehicles and trying to pull the nozzle out of other cars, which we would never do. They claimed that we said we wanted our vehicle to be charging all the time, which is absolutely ridiculous!! The parking company ended up kicking us out based on hearsay, even though the great, but crooked management head, David Saperstein said, "All money is green." He kicked us out with less than 24 hours notice. When we picked up our car, the same parking attendant in the photo tried to slander our name to the other attendant in Spanish. Good thing we know some Spanish and were able to tell him he's lying. Beware of this place! They are crooked! They are discriminatory against people with Eastern European accents! They shamelessly lie and do whatever they please and expect zero repercussions. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay away

Do not do business with Area Garage 275 Delaney Street The workers are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I called Area Garage Tuesday 08/18/20, to inquire about their monthly pricing and available space. I spoke with Ricky Maldonado, who said the cost will be $475 a month. I asked if they can reduce the price for the monthly parking? he said yeah, he can do $450. I said to him that I will be there later in the week to sign up. I went to the garage Thursday 08/20/20 at 11am, The attendant on duty that day was dismissive and rude. I said to him that I spoke with Ricky Maldonado on the phone and I was here to sign up for monthly access to the garage. He said to me “I’m busy, come back later”. I asked him what was a good time to come back later? “He said 1pm”. I went back to the garage Thursday 08/27/20 at 1pm, the same attendant told me that he was busy. He then gave me some paper work to fill out and bring back to him later. I filled out the paper work and return to the garage Thursday 09/03/2020 at 1pm. He again said to me that he was busy and to come back. I went back to the garage 9/10/20 at 1:30pm. The attendant said the same thing again, “I’m busy, I have to move cars.”. I told him I will wait for him to get back. While I was waiting Ricky Maldonado came walking up to me and asked “what do you want?” I told him, I came here several times trying to give in the paper work, to sign up for a parking spot, and each time I am told by the attendant that he is very busy and to come back. I said to him here is the filled out paper work. He then started talking to the attendant saying that I will have to pay for the whole month, even the days I did not use. And the price will go back to $475. I said to him, that was not the price that you quoted me on the phone. During our conversation, a customer walked up, waiting to be seen. Ricky then said to me, “there are customers waiting to be seen that you blocking.” He dismisses me right in the middle of our conversation, with an expression on his face, that he did not care. I picked up my papers and left. If you don’t want to be disrespected, stay away from Area Garage 275 Delaney Street.

Well I can't really say anything good or bad really as of yet. I did call em they bring your motorcycle in to park for $250.00 a month. Then later the same week I coming in with my bike they tell me a different story you need to put your name on a list. We will call you. Okay I am waiting patiently right now 10/22/2020 from 10/21/2020 maybe I'll my rating better or worse let's wait together shall we. Update: They have responded my motorcycle is now parked I am a happy camper. 🥰

I paid ahead of time to park in this garage from 4pm on saturdsy until 3 pm Sunday. After a four hour drive and lots of traffic, I arrived to drop off my car at 5:45. When I went to pick up my car at 11am on Sunday( a few hours early) the man charged me 18 dollars more because I didn't arrive at 4. I explained that because I was driving hours to get there, I couldn't possibly know the exact time I would have arrived. However, I was there less time than I paid for. He refused to give me my car until I paid 18 more. This is a scam and I will be contacting the better business bureau next. Edit/Update - After leaving this review the company reached out to me and refunded the extra money I had been charged.

When I went to pick up my car at 9:30pm, the whole garage was covered in police tape surrounded by police cars. An officer told me to come back for my car later. Rather than wait around at a crime scene alone at night, I stayed with a friend. When I went back in the morning to get my car, I told the attendant what happened and he charged me an extra $34 for overnight parking. I argued that I physically could not retrive my car the night before because the door had police tape on it and a cop told me to leave, but the attendant just said if you want your car back it's an extra $34. I paid because I was exhausted and just wanted to go home, but truly an awful experience. Avoid at all costs.
