Just read the reviews. I cannot find a single complaint in any of them. And I share everybody's supportive and kind words about the chaps at Otto. I once went to the dealer for an inspection and they gave me a price and I thought it was kind of steep and I called Adam and he answered right away and he said bring it to me and you will not pay anywhere near as much as they're charging you. We have two vehicles and we take both of them from the Bronx all the way to Brooklyn and it is worth it. So worth it. These guys are amazing.

His team of professionals are on point. Would totally recommend him! Amazing service.

Adam has been taking care of my cars for over 10 yrs. Always Mercedes. He is very honest and gets the work done as soon as possible. He also doesn't give you the run around, your car will be ready when he says it will be. His staff is also 10/10. Would recommend anyone with any kind of car. He can't do it will let you know. I found him on Google about 12 yrs so hopefully this help someone in need of the best shop in Brooklyn.
