This is the worst cab service in New York that's all I'm going to say no communication if one cab can't get to you they don't reschedule a new cab they tell you to wait 30 minutes after you wait the 30 minutes the cab still don't come you call again they say 15 more minutes this is the worst cab service ever I would not recommend this to nobody THE DISPATCHER NOT GOOD THE DRIVERS TALK ON PHONE AND TEXT WHEN DRIVING THIS MY DRIVER TEXTING IN DRIVER

I had a terrible experience with Original Uptown Car Service. While at the Bronx Terminal, the company refused to send a driver. My 5 year old son and I were stranded. I had to walk blocks because no car service (DAT, APOLLO, AND UPTOWN) would come to the Bronx Terminal to pick me up. I believe that the car service company and none licensed cab drivers have made an agreement. Meaning licensed car services will not service the area to help drivers make money off the books. Leaving customers like myself stranded because I refuse to get in a cab or none licensed car to get home. They prey on customers who don't have a ride home. The drivers team up with hustlers who lead the customers into these unsafe cars. I'm happy that I didn't get in any of the cars. However, I felt hurt that a car service company such as Original Uptown Car Service would leave a mother and child in an unsafe place without support.

May I remind everyone that this service is not automotive related. This is a non emergency medical car service. They help you schedule your appointment with your healthcare provider without you spending money on Uber. They also help you getting a job as a driver (for more info call them).
