Mr Roy’s team did an excellent work on my vehicle after it was damaged in an accident. It’s driving exceptionally well. Also I truly appreciate your professionalism and care in returning it to me in a timely manner.

Listen the owner of this establishment gets very annoyed and very stand-offish plus tries to brush you off and says he's to busy I had receive a call from the owner (Roy Abraham) that my car was ready for pick up during the week I told him that I would rather pick up towards the end of the week. I picked up my car on Saturday November 4th my car was dusty and dirty all over also my inside car door trim handle needed to be placed back correctly, plus he brags about how he does big insurance claims for high end vehicles and my situation was small change fast cash for him. His attitude really sucks and he was unprofessional all I wanted was for him to have his workers wash my car so that I wouldn't have to rewash it myself anyways I don't recommend taking your hard earned vehicle to "On-Line Automotive because the owner tends to pay more attention to his higher pricey paying customers than taking care of everyday hard working individual people.

This place is the worse place to take your car my car got hit an the left side my bumper and my head light was broken he wanted to go through the insurance to fraud my insurance he charge my insurance over sixteen thousand dollars 16000 and I didn’t even know the check went to him after talking to him he tend to brush off and act like he’s busy and running around have to take back my car bumper to spray cause it was stripping and he gonna tell me I have to pay for paint which I refuse he finally spray and did a crappy job now I put my car at another body shop to spray I saw where they put screw in my bumper and broke some of my clips this is the worse place to ever take your car

This place is total garbage they sowed my car and when it came to releasing my plates refused to they are very unprofessional I had to call the cops
