The best! I called On the Rocks Automotive. Someone immediately answered their phone and told me I could come by right away. I drove over 5 minutes later and someone was there to fix my back lights. It look less than 15 minutes total. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend their services and will be coming back for any further automotive needs. 10/10

When it comes to having a phenomenal and an above standard car body work job, On The Rocks Automotive is the place to go. As you can see her I had a rear end accident. They were able to fix this in 24 hours with a very solid paint job. In addition they painted more then the part needed; I got the bumper and the other side done as well! Wonderful job! The customer service is amazing and welcoming. The owner is very knowledgeable and the workers can walk you through exactly what they will do in the process of making your finished product! I recommend going to this spot for all’s mechanical and especially body work. 10/10. Spanish papi in the picture to the right of my car is very gifted and the fella in the blue is very knowledgeable. The owner is a Jack of all trades wonderful man! They have a lifetime customer in me!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop due to poor diagnosis and refusal to take accountability. I brought my Jeep in with an engine issue and was told I needed to replace the O2 sensors. I paid for the parts and labor based on their diagnosis. Shortly after, I took my Jeep to an official Jeep mechanic because the issue persisted. Jeep identified the actual root problem as a valve cover gasket leak — something that should have been diagnosed from the start. Because the valve cover gasket was leaking oil, it contaminated the brand-new O2 sensors that this shop had me replace, rendering them ineffective. In other words, I paid for parts that never should have been installed until the real issue was addressed. When I brought this back to the original mechanic, they refused to offer a refund or take responsibility, despite the fact that their misdiagnosis directly caused unnecessary expenses and additional damage. I fully expect a defensive response to this review claiming these facts are untrue. They are not. I have documentation from Jeep supporting this diagnosis and the sequence of events. I am sharing this so other customers can make an informed decision and avoid paying for repairs that do not address the actual problem. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Unfortunately, this shop chose not to stand behind their work. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any repairs here.

Rob us of the Bread and butter from our table . Great scamming Christmas gift for my family., Money that was supposed to feed my family and they robbed me of it. (to feed my children) Very Shameful…Got Scam of $2,977.00 .Got slapped with a lot of unreasonable charges, and the only way I can retrieve my vehicle was to pay the $2,977.00 cash only business. It happened at 2am 12/23/25 in the morning. Was dark and the Tow truck driver convinced us that our car was badly damaged and had it towed to their shop taken out of my driveway, Only to learn after looking at it the next day there was no damages. They are very good in deceiving innocent people. Be very aware of their evil schemes. Get this, authorities can’t do anything to help their victims. Trusting in the Lord to send help in my situation. This is very hurtful to me and my family, but will make it through it all The Lord is on my side. Is their anyone out there who can hold them accountable for FRAUD, please let me know. WOW!! My car got hit by a drunk driver while parked in front of my house and someone from the shop came to the scene. I was so frustrated and upset that I really didn't pay him any mind. He gave me his business card and once I found out that the driver had no coverage, I called on the Rocks Auto. Chris(owner) was very pleasant, he arranged for Mel to come pick up my car and assured that they would take care of me. My insurance had to cover the damages. I had complete rear end damage including suspension and all. Front and side damage as well. Chris never sounded like he was in it for the check like other shop owners. The process was smooth and every time I called to check on my vehicle Chris never once got aggravated. He was patient and always answered my questions. The turn around time was about 3 weeks. I didn't have a way to get my vehicle but Chris delivered it back to my house and that is top tier service. My BMW looks brand new and sounds great! def 1000/10 service. He has lifetime warranty on his work which is always good. Keep being sweet Chris, I appreciate you and your team :) Thank you !!!!!
