I had a terrible experience with this auto repair shop. They damaged one of my car’s parts during the repair and then acted like it wasn’t their responsibility. Instead of taking accountability, they ignored the issue and kept making excuses. I brought my car back several times to have the problem fixed, but they didn’t want to help. Every visit came with a different excuse, and the staff had a rude, unprofessional attitude. Their customer service was awful, and they showed no concern for the damage they caused. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you value honest service, accountability, and respect for customers, take your vehicle somewhere else.
