Olimpo Auto Mechanic

I came to this shop on a recommendation for an oil change, but the manager’s attitude has been unfriendly and nonchalant from day one. I’ve been here about four times now, and each visit has been the same: he’s dismissive, careless, and in no rush to help anyone. He’d rather watch soccer on the TV than acknowledge customers who are standing right in front of him. During my last visit, I asked if they were doing inspections, and he refused — not because they were busy, but because his friends were “complaining” that they were there first. I wasn’t even trying to cut the line; I was simply asking a question. His workers aren’t any better. They show no effort, no courtesy, and no professionalism. This place has zero customer service and an overall poorly run environment. I will never return.

Unprofessional place and do not know how to talk to their customers. I went simply to get an inspection and was treated as if they didn't even want my business. Will never come again. Glad I opted elsewhere

I was very disappointed with the service here. The staff came across as rushed and dismissive, and I didn’t feel like my concerns about my car were taken seriously. Instead of clear communication, I was met with short and rude responses. The overall experience felt hurried and unprofessional. I would recommend looking for another shop if you want respectful service and attention to detail.

I don’t understand why when a customer walks in, I have to go out of my way to find somebody for help. Common sense would say “Do they need assistance?” Almost as if I have to beg them to help me, I don’t understand these guys.

i came to this mechanic to fix my car. I wanted to know some things i need for my car. The guy look like he didn’t want to help. He was rude and annoyed about what i was asking him. The service was terrible. i will never come here.
