After an accident left my newly bought first car out of commission for over a month I was devastated as I was unsure of where to turn for a reliable mechanic capable of the required repairs. That’s when I was recommended Ok Auto, I spoke to Rosalia and she was able to look at the vehicle the following day, that’s when I met Mike who was also extremely helpful with getting me an estimate and walking me through the necessary parts and work required. They both made the process as cheap, painless, and quick as possible and my car was finished in no less than 2 weeks if that. As you can see the Ok Auto Team did an outstanding job with the restoration and my vehicle is back to looking brand spanking new. They also threw in a complimentary interior/exterior detailing which was definitely needed after the car was so dirty from idling so long. Thank you so much Ok Auto for your amazing business and I will definitely be returning in the future with any auto needs I may have!!

I had a fantastic experience at OK Auto Body after a minor accident involving one of their tow truck drivers. Michael, the owner, immediately came over to assess the damage to my right passenger doors, which were both unable to open. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring, ordering two new doors for me right away. And even fixing the back bumper for me which he had nothing to do with before the incident, he definitely didn't have to do that but he shows that he cares about his customers. Michael promised me the best paint job I’d ever seen, and he definitely delivered! The quality of work is outstanding, and my car looks brand new. It’s clear that he is committed to providing top-notch service and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend OK Auto Body if you want reliable and excellent work done on your vehicle. Ended up getting into an accident in NJ. My cousin recommended them from when she had her accident weeks ago and had a very good experience. I ended up calling them, even though it was a Sunday and was able to get my car towed back to Staten Island to their shop. I was In constant communication with them and getting updates as soon as they knew anything. Would highly recommend.
