I recently visited this Lexus service center to replace my brake pads. The pricing was significantly higher than I expected for this type of work. I would recommend that customers carefully review the estimate and compare prices before proceeding with repairs. In my experience, the communication about costs could have been clearer, and I felt that the pricing structure was not fully transparent. I hope the management considers improving pricing clarity and customer communication in the future.

I visited this service for an inspection and was charged $37. In my experience, the inspection itself was not completed, and instead I was advised to replace the brake pads. I was initially quoted about $250 for the work, but later the price mentioned was around $450, which was confusing to me. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, so I personally would not return. Others may have a different experience.

The mechanics do a great job here, when you drive in there for your car troubles, your drive away with contentment because those men take care of all the mechanical problems you had. I would recommend this place to all who want a working vehicle.

Amazing experience ❤️ I needed an inspection done and I happened upon this place on the way back from dropping off my kid at daycare. They handled it from start to finish in less than 10 minutes for $10. I was nervous about bringing it in for inspection as mechanics have a tendency to "find" things that need repair in order to approve the car for inspection. Great experience and highly recommended.

Guys be careful of them , they gave me poor service , not honest guys Definitely not recommend to go there My inspection coast 10$ in a different chop. They charged me 37$ the guys from ocean ave Not only that they were looking to fail my inspection to look to make money shame on them I went to a different place and they passed me right away and for cheaper
