Been coming to this mechanic shop for a while and they never disappoint. The team is professional, honest, and always does great work on my vehicle. They explain everything clearly, get the job done right, and make the whole process easy. Also want to give a special shoutout to the receptionist — she’s always friendly, welcoming, organized, and provides amazing customer service every time. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this place definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!

I have been to this location 3X in 5years for Collision Work and Charlie and his Staff are Attentive when they take you Vehicle to include NYS Inspection. Six days a week, they stay late to get their Vehicles done. They are busy w/ different Cars, which is Good to see. My Recent experience with Female office Mgr. is busy answering phones, ordering parts and engaging customers who come into office. I totally recommend this Neighborhood Shop.😀

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend NYCA SERVICES LLC Highly enough! After a hit-and-run left my front bumper damaged & side mirror . I was overwhelmed—but they made everything so easy. They handled communication directly with my insurance company, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and kept me informed every step of the way with daily text updates. The repair was completed faster than I expected, and my SUV looks absolutely flawless—the paint match is spot-on. To top it off, they detailed the entire car inside and out before I picked it up. Professional, trustworthy, and truly top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Waited in the office for 20 minutes and no one came to greet so I end up leaving the place and took my business somewhere else. I was also in front of place in my car and mechanics came in and out but no one approached and said anything. You can not do business like this. Really dissatisfied because I thought since this shop is near my house let me go there first.
