Man, where to begin. NYC Wreck-A-Mended. This shop is the embodiment of quality and care. Erick, from start to beginning guided me through a great experience fixing my roof of my car. Was honestly worried the paint wouldn’t look OEM or match exactly like the other parts of the cars but it came out perfect man. Appreciate it and will recommend to anyone I know personally cause they take care of you.

Today I picked up my Audi RS3 from Wreck-A-Mended collision. I am really grateful for Wilson and his staff for the great work they’ve done. Needless to say, I am 100% happy with how well they were able to put the original pieces and painting together. My car came out looking brand new Fresh and clean. There aren’t enough words to describe the amazing experience I received here. From the very start, I knew I was in good hands based on the customer service shown. Every single employee extended politeness and professionalism. Wilson walked me through every step of the process, thoroughly explained everything, and advocated on my behalf- even more than my hired attorney. The communication was top notch!! As if the customer service wasn’t enough, their work and turn around time is literally unmatched!! I felt like I received a brand new car. Wilson went above and beyond the call of duty. His guys did a full detail of the interior on the house, buffed out ugly scuffs, and repaired a taillight that I was devastated about. The finished product left me in awe. I am so pleased with how amazing this whole experience was. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
