NY Minute Car Service

Do not even try this car service. My dads Medicaid pays for his trips to and from medical appointments a was nothing but very polite and professional with them even tho the cab driver they sent was 45 minutes late. Then when it came time to pick up my father they left him waiting outside for an hour. They are horrible very rude no consideration for anyone no matter what their medical condition is.

So, I had this totally stressful experience with this provider . I tried calling them like 17 times to get a round trip to my doctor's appointment. I was supposed to be picked up at 1 pm, but the cab didn't show up until 1:30. I called them at 1:07 and they just kept putting me on hold. After calling them like 5 more times, I finally got someone to answer. The return trip was even worse. They kept telling me the cab was "just 6 minutes away" and "3 minutes away," but I was on hold for over an hour. I'm so frustrated!"

Hospital Booked a car hours in advance I was discharged for hours after surgery waiting in pain for a driver that never showed up, I called several times to confirm and ask what car, they said don’t worry and they never showed. I reported them to med answering and whoever is reading this should do the same don’t do it !! book with someone reputable !! to leave a human who just received surgery is a very crude & messed up. id never recommend this car service to anyone using insurance let alone cash 👎👎👎

Horrible experience with this car service. When I called to ask where the driver was they kept telling me 10 minutes away. Long story short, they came 2 hours late. Stay far away from this business. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Supposed to be picked up at 945 am currently 1036 am at least 25 min drive to where needed to go and Supposed to be there 15 mins b4 appointment time car didn't show up till 1058 appointment at 11 didn't arrive till 1120 was was listed as a no show
