I normally don’t leave reviews, but this situation warrants it. My vehicle (Infiniti Q50 Red Sport) was in this shop’s possession for repair work after being sent there through a dealership. While under their custody, the vehicle was left unsecured and ultimately stolen. From what I was told directly, the vehicle was parked on the street instead of being properly secured. There was no proactive communication, and I had to follow up repeatedly to get basic information. The vehicle was missing for an extended period of time and was never properly reported or handled in a timely manner. They did not notify me the vehicle was missing, until 7 days after the vehicle was taken from their property. When it was eventually located, it had been completely stripped — wheels, braking components, and body parts removed — and was ultimately deemed a total loss. As a customer, you expect a repair facility to: * Secure vehicles in their possession * Communicate clearly and promptly * Take responsibility when something goes wrong None of those expectations were met here. I strongly recommend anyone considering this shop to ask how and where your vehicle will be stored, because in my case, the lack of proper handling resulted in the complete loss of my vehicle.

Took a LONG time to fix the oil pump on my M340, but they did a great job in the end. Car is running perfect. Thanks guys.

Don’t come here, they only care about profits. If you want a legit honest business, this aint it. 3 hours charged for oil change and ajr filters.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! First off this guy Max told me at 1st my car would be done 1 day, then the part suppossbly came late so I had to bring my car back the next day. He replace modules for my headlight then tells me somehow while he had the computer plug into my car it stop working somehow and he has no reading and saying something wrong with my plug. Cmon now. Now I have another problem I did not have before I brought my car there. He claims he dont how how it happened. Then he tried to over charge me, then when I told him the other guy K quoted me a certain price already he tried to make up a higher price and said he was gonna discount it and gave me the original price I was quoted. Cmon man im not stupid. Now I have another issue I didn't have before. This has to stop. This is not a honest shop. Ppl really need there cars but this shop is not honest and is overpriced. The sad thing is someone i know down the block recommended me there. I had to go back and tell them how horrible this experience and shop is. Terrible unacceptable and unprofessional service. I WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY CARS THERE AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!
