Nu Castleton Collision Expert

I chose Nu Castleton as my shop for my repairs as I've used them before and they did an amazing job on my previous car repairs. My current car is an EV so I made sure to call ahead to see if they had experience working with full electrics, specifically my model, and surely enough they confirmed had worked on a few Mustang Mach-E's before (there were Tesla on the lot when I picked up my car, so I guess they worked with those too). The repairs took 2 weeks due to parts, but they were amazingly done. Nothing that gave a hint it was ever damaged and repaired and the paint job was a perfect match. Frank and Liz were amazing with updates as I followed up with my repairs frequently and Frank even took time to drive the car to address a question I had a few days after getting the car back.

2015 Honda crv. The bad: Fixed car, but ended up with multiple paint chips that were corrected with the wrong color. Those paint chips weren’t there before. Gaps on car were pretty big with the replaced parts. Overspray on the side view mirror that was replaced. The headlight that was replaced, daytime running lights don’t work. Haven’t gotten an update on next steps The good: color blended really well on the replaced panels. Very fast work Will update with pictures

Excellent job— new door, some other minor damage and passenger side repainted. Work was completed in less than 2 weeks— car looks like new and was cleaned outside and inside!! Price was much cheaper than estimate from body shop in Delaware (my home state now). Thank you Frank and team!!!

After hit and run accident with my car I was recommended by Geico to use the shop repair that is in contract with the insurance. So the car was towed to Nu Castleton Collision Expert. Provided timeframe was very loose and I got inspection done just in 4 days. I have been told that the car will be ready in 2 weeks but in fact it was ready in 4 weeks. Without mechanical knowledge I can’t objectively review the technical part of repair but the car runs well so I consider the work was done good. The painting was exactly matched the original color. The car was returned washed outside and cleaned inside. The office personnel were nice and kept me informed about what was going and that is nice. Overall this place is a good repair shop if you are ok with doubling the waiting time and you have an extra car in household.
