I’ve used them twice now — I call the day before an early morning flight to schedule a pick up, and things have gone very smoothly! Drivers have been on time (even a few minutes early). Competitive + consistent pricing!

Prebooked car showed up 20 mins late for airport pickup. No notification about ETA until 14 minutes after pick up time. Driver couldn't speak English and demanded cash at end of trip even though I prebooked with a credit card. Had to call them to sort it. Never again.

Don’t ever leave your package here as a UPS access point. I had order a iPhone 17 pro max which I wasn’t going to be home so I choice this location to pick it up. My package was delivered by UPS to this location. 5 min after my package got delivered some random guy came to pick up my package. When I received the notification I ran to the location to get my package just to be told someone already came to pick up my package… i said how is that possible when im here picking up MY package. The person who gave my package to this guy stated he showed a valid state ID. Which I don’t know how that was possible. Then he said he checked his ID but didn’t really look at the name since it was missing letter like WHAAATTT. I asked to see if footage could be checked . When looking at the footage the guy never asked for no ID no anything . The guy just show him my order and gave it to him . After he stated he checked his ID WHICH WAS A LIE ! . This is very insane how anyone could just randomly come in and take your package with no ID being asked. I called the police and filed a report . I haven’t heard from the owner since then to solve this problem.

They are reliable and competitively priced to JFK. Had some trouble setting up an account but smooth sailing after that.

The person who answers the phone is very polite very professional. The service is great. The are very honest. If the they’re busy the will tell you the car might take about 10min or 15min wait . And when they’re not busy the car will come in 5min. Other car service companies will tell you 5 mins and then the car show up in 10 Mins. So Northside Car Service are great .
