I had an excellent experience with Nizo Motorsports after bringing my vehicle in for repairs following an accident. From the moment I dropped off my car, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely focused on getting everything repaired the right way. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained the repairs clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. The quality of the work was outstanding — my vehicle looks and drives like it did before the accident, if not better. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly show their expertise. I also want to personally recognize David, the owner, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He gets personally involved and steps in to help when you’re dealing with tough situations, which made a huge difference during a stressful time. That level of care and commitment is rare and shows how much he values his customers. I really appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and care the Nizo Motorsports team put into my repair. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs or automotive work done right. Thank you for doing such a great job and getting me safely back on the road!

David got me out of a tough spot. I reached out to Nizo Motorsport and within the hour my car was picked up by the tow truck and at his shop. They dealt directly with insurance making it a stress free process. David even helped me get a rental car. If you are ever in an accident don’t hesitate to contact Nizo Motorsports. We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Nizo Motorsports. We originally found them on TikTok and decided to give them a chance based on what we saw online, but the entire situation turned into an absolute nightmare. In my opinion, this company handled everything in a completely unprofessional way and put us in a position no customer should ever have to deal with. They filed an insurance claim related to our situation, and then later asked us for more money on top of that. At that point, we felt completely trapped because our vehicle/property was essentially being held until we paid them. We ended up having to pay almost $7,600 just to get the matter resolved and move on. The entire process felt wrong from beginning to end. Communication was poor, the story kept changing, and instead of feeling like a customer being helped, we felt like we were being pressured and held hostage financially. No business should put a customer in that position, especially after an insurance claim is already involved. Because of how serious this situation was, I reported Nizo Motorsports to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, and other appropriate agencies. I do not take leaving a review like this lightly, but I feel other people should know what happened before trusting a company based on social media videos. I strongly recommend being very careful before doing business with Nizo Motorsports. Do not rely only on TikTok or online marketing. Ask for everything in writing, understand exactly what you are being charged for, and be extremely cautious before handing over your vehicle or money. Based on my experience, I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

This body shop promised me the world and failed on every single promise. They told me they would cover my deductible and repair the car properly, but when it came time to pick up the vehicle, they demanded the deductible anyway. When I reminded them of what they had agreed to, they threatened to put a lien on my car. Very unprofessional. The repair quality was terrible. They used aftermarket parts, the paint had visible drip marks, and the color did not match the original paint. On top of that, a bag of quarters was missing from my armrest after the car was in their possession. After everything, I ended up paying the deductible just to get my car back, and the only form of payment they would accept was cash, which felt extremely suspicious. Do not believe the Instagram videos or the promises they make. In my experience, this shop is dishonest, unprofessional, and not trustworthy. I would never recommend them to anyone.
