*Update* Please tell your driver #002 to stop talking to the riders the ENTIRE RIDE.. 1+ HOURS of nonstop talking... we are just trying to ride in peace and silence..... he is very negative as well, always complaining and talking crap about New York. Just drive sir They prioritise dropping off senior citizens first over everyone else. Continuously and repeatedly making you late to your appointments. Discriminating over the younger customers. Making you sit in the car and riding around for 2-3 hours while they drop everyone else off first. Also picking up multiple people 3-4 others if you are riding in a van with no care in the world about the time you are supposed to arrive to your appointment. My appointments are constantly being rescheduled and cancelled because of such late arrival. I was picked up at 7:45 AM TODAY and dropped off at 10:00 AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mind you I was picked up 1ST!

Do not use this service. This is by far the worst car service, not only on Staten Island, but overall. I honestly can’t believe they are still in business. I pre-booked a ride in advance for a 5:00 AM airport pickup, and at 4:30 AM they texted me to say my reservation was canceled. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and use any other car service.

They don’t even deserve one star. Rude driver picked up my husband through access a ride company. Drove around with him for several other pickups before bringing him home. Do not take this company if possible. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be involved with access a ride. People do not want to go around in circles for hours with other people being dropped off and picked up. If you want to be stuck riding around with your time wasted this is the company that will do it to you. They have rude disrespectful drivers on top of it. It’s ridiculous. If you can avoid them please do.

DON'T USE THEM!!! Spent 20 minutes on hold last night trying to get transferred to a dispatcher and when I finally do he hooks me up with a driver for today at 3:30am and THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWS!!! So I call them and the man who answers is trying to tell me that I canceled my reservation last night!! I ONLY MADE MY RESERVATION LAST NIGHT!!! He puts me on hold to call the dispatcher, who doesn't answer the first couple of times he tries btw! Then he gets back on to tell me I don't have a reservation!!! UNRELIABLE!!!

I never have taken a car service that each and every car they send is so filthy. Recently took one and the amount of dust was tremendous and enough to give a person with allergies a reaction. Driver is coughing his head off wearing a mask. Very unprofessional service and very uncomfortable ride due to their outdated cars. I will no longer be using them. Gave one star because I had to.
