New Way Complete Auto Care

On Saturaday, Feb. 2 I went to them to have my FR tire checked and fixed so that air pressure wont go low again. They charged me $40, $20 for a cleanup on the rims and $20 for a part that was allegadgely broken. I asked them before I left, is the tire good now? It wont lose air anymore? He said "Yeah man, we cleaned it up and repaired the broken piece so the air pressure won't go low." I felt safe that I could the next day, travel to Queens with no problems. That morning, I noticed the tire air pressure went from 41 to 35. 35 is the reccomended air pressure that states on the vehicle manual. So I didnt pay mind to it. Ride went smooth and all was good. Later that night, I had the car parked for a while. As I was heading back to Staten Island, I made a left turn going less than 25 MPHs and then the tire popped out the rim socket. If this had happen on the expressway going at 50MPH, who knows what kind of accident would have occured. So there I was in the middle of the night on a dark road changing out the tire that was destroyed at this point and my rims damaged into my temporary tire. After I replaced the tire after a long hassle, I took it to a 24/7 tire shop nearby and had to pay $140 out of pocket for a brand new wheel and A CLEANUP! Now you may ask why pay for a cleanup when I already paid $40 for a cleanup right? Well, it turns out they did a wackjob. Thanks to this shop, I wasted my time and had to pay out of pocket for a brand new tire. The original tires werent even a year old! So I lost a good tire because of their terrible job of a cleanup. Be aware of this shop. I won't be coming there no longer. I did go back to them and spoke to them but they didnt want to take no blame and tried putting the blame on me for riding the tire when it was low on air. The whole purpose of me paying for their service was so that they would fix the tire. Their arrogance is beyond me, don't give your hard earn money to this shop.

Outstanding. Super friendly staff and ownership. My car looks brand new, like nothing ever happened to it. Should something happen to my car again (I hope not), I will bring it here again.
