I can honestly say new hope auto is the best shop in Brooklyn, the service is next level, customer service is awesome. I drive a Skyline and a 95M3. & The shop takes care of both cars. It isn’t easy finding master mechanics that can work on anything. Every time I come to this shop I see so many different cars being worked on from Ferrari’s and Lambo’s to Toyota siennas and Honda accords. It’s a 1 stop shop that does everything. Ask for Rodger, great guy so knowledgeable. their prices are second to none and Rodger actually cares about taking care of you. I’ve been coming here for years. & I can promise you won’t regret it* I’ll always be dedicated to this shop. New hope is number 1

I had my full bumper replaced here after an accident and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They got everything done quickly, the work looks amazing, and affordable. I’ve been going to New Hope for many years and have known Roger for over a decade, but this most recent repair truly warrants a review. I picked up my 2025 GV80 today on New Year's Day after extensive body damage from 2 weeks ago. Roger went above and beyond from the very beginning. He arranged to have my vehicle brought to the shop after hours on a weekend, and a tow truck arrived within an hour. The insurance claim process was seamless. Roger has an excellent working relationship with the adjuster and is clearly very experienced in handling insurance matters. Even with the holiday season and recent snowstorms, Roger and his team completed the repairs in a very reasonable timeframe. The GV80 looks as good as new. The bodywork and paint are top notch, and all genuine manufacturer parts were used. I couldn’t find a single imperfection. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Finally, I really appreciate that Roger opened shop early on New Year's Day for me to pick up the vehicle.

Roger and his team were spectacular from the start to the finish. He was quick and thorough with communication and his work on the car was amazing. Will be bringing my cars here for any future repairs and will be recommending Roger to my friends.

I've been going there for years with my BMW. They have been spot on with fixing all types of issues. From engine to body work. I have been recommend by a friend. I've had charge pipe, transmission fluids done, fuel pumps, emissions and scratched bumper. They know what they are doing and I've never had to come back after they finish work. Prices are always reasonable, way cheaper than dealerships.
