New Harlem Car & Limousine Service

I have been using them since day one. There prices are decent and standard. Prefer them over uber. I know they have a lot of negative reviews due to a dispatcher who was rude and disrespectful and glad to say she is no longer there.

I have used this car service since I’ve moved in to this area and I use nothing else. I also believe in keeping our money in our community. I will always support Harlem Car Service.

If I could give it 0 I would. Worst car service in NYC. I told them the address to where I’m going and the first thing the operator did was start yelling out of nowhere because I wanted to clarify. They are miserable at their job so they take it out on the customers. Do not request services here, they are very unprofessional and rude.

i called them at about 6:08, she put me on hold so i hung up and called back at 6:13. told me the cab was 4 mins away, 10 mins later i’m still waiting. called back and asked where the cab was. she said now it’s 1 minute away; that they’re down the block. another ten minutes later, i called back 3 times and no one picked up. i was going to give up and call another but i decided to give it one more shot. finally, they answer. she said another 4 minutes. 11 minutes later my cab arrived.

This company is has the worst customer service! The dispatch is lazy as hell & the drivers don’t show up ! I called for 20 minutes the dispatch lied & said my cab was coming in 1 minute then 5 then 7 minutes! Waste of time DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
