I have been using them since day one. There prices are decent and standard. Prefer them over uber. I know they have a lot of negative reviews due to a dispatcher who was rude and disrespectful and glad to say she is no longer there.
View on GoogleI have used this car service since I’ve moved in to this area and I use nothing else. I also believe in keeping our money in our community. I will always support Harlem Car Service.
View on GoogleIf I could give it 0 I would. Worst car service in NYC. I told them the address to where I’m going and the first thing the operator did was start yelling out of nowhere because I wanted to clarify. They are miserable at their job so they take it out on the customers. Do not request services here, they are very unprofessional and rude.
View on Googlei called them at about 6:08, she put me on hold so i hung up and called back at 6:13. told me the cab was 4 mins away, 10 mins later i’m still waiting. called back and asked where the cab was. she said now it’s 1 minute away; that they’re down the block. another ten minutes later, i called back 3 times and no one picked up. i was going to give up and call another but i decided to give it one more shot. finally, they answer. she said another 4 minutes. 11 minutes later my cab arrived.
