My very first time at this auto parts store and i ordered some parts for my car on a friday and my car parts came in next day Saturday and i was able to fix my car Saturday morning thank you.

New Glen Automotive Parts came highly recommended by my longtime Midas Shop owner friend Rob who was working on my classic Lincoln Town Car down the street in Maspeth, Queens. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe the owner who is a true Gentleman. I needed Left Rear Axle from Dorman a quality part. The first Left Rear Axle was defective from Dorman since there was too much play. Joe was more than happy to accept my return and ordered a second Dorman Left Rear Axle however, this was too tight and also had to be returned. The owner had NO issues to accept the second return and was very accommodating to refund what I paid with NO issues. Joe and his friendly staff was very knowledgeable with ALL automotive parts, they’re patient, very professional, fast order and delivery times with excellent prices. They even have a parking lot for patrons which is rare nowadays in New York. New Glen Automotive Warehouse is a local reputable GEM for Automotive Parts. Never have any part to fix anything. Only parts to change. For example you can fix your own starter or alternator with a simple voltage regulator for 20 . But they want you to buy a 300 alternator . Ect

Called to order rotors and pads. They could not determine the part by make model engine package or vin. Pathetic. Was told to go to mechanic shop. Terrible customer service. Found part online with no issue.
