New Era Flat Fix

Be aware of this place!!! I took my car for a patch and the guy fix it but in the process he scratched my rim in different places. I didn’t notice until later and i went back to complain and the guy denied the scratches. I notice beer bottles and i notice the guy was drunk so i took some pictures and the guy started acting hostile. He said that was from his manager early before and started acting up even more. Avoid this place completely. Very unprofessional, Staff very rude and very disappointed. I never wrote a negative review before but this incident really got me upset.

I called, and they said they accepted a debit card. ended up going there, and he said cash only even though there is a sign that says they also take zelle, too. If you only take cash, tell the customer upfront. Not everyone carries cash with them, also atm and bank fees which i try to avoid. Secondly, your wheels look like you went mudding after installing because he puts motor oil on your tire and rims when mounting them. The oil stains are hard to clean after it's been there for a couple of days. He left my car up on the jack even though he was done with the job, requesting that I get the money first before he drops my car.

They don't even open at that time!!!

They are friendly professional and have good prices for their service. If you need a tire repaired or replacement they are your best place to go to. Ask for Damien.

The WORST experience ever!!!!! I changed a flat there a week ago.... 1 WEEK ago, and the damn tire that The damn tire they actually gave me turned out to have a slow leak. I went there to try and get help and guess what I was told?! That I would have to buy yet another tire... What a rip off!!!! I will never go there again and I strongly suggest no one else does. They're crooks and thieves! I can't believe they're in business at all. I hope they go belly up!
