It was a good service provided. Fast, and efficient. They went the extra mile finding a solution to my inquiries.

These people can't seem to get anything done right. I always end up taking my car somewhere else to have things done again, making me pay more money. Even after a basic tire balance that was done at this place and steering still vibrates like crazy. I took it to get rebalanced at a different shop, and the problem was fixed. Alignment here is an absolute joke. You get what you pay for. Save yourself time and money.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They took advantage of a family member that went to them to change a side view mirror. My family member went there with the actual side view mirror in hand and they charged them $30 to simply snap it into place! As a young new car owner they didn't know any better so they paid what was asked. If they would over charge and take advantage over something so small and trivial, imagine what they would do to you with a large more substantial repair. Simply put, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Overall the staff were really friendly. I really enjoyed talking to them and making jokes. The mechanic who did the alignment is really knowledgeable, he did a great job the car was perfectly align to factory specs which is not the same as all 4 wheels facing forward. He also had background knowledge of my car and gave me an estimate on a future repair. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the quality of the other services. I went for a wheel and tire replacement, so all 4 wheels and tires were replaced. 1) they didn't install the TPMS after I asked them to. But they didn't charge me for it so I'll live. 2) I was missing a lug nut on my rear wheel. 3) The lugs were not tightened to required torque, after driving 75 miles I had some loud noise which I ignored. After paying $65 for another mechanic to tell me it was my axle... I inspected my wheels to find the lugs were loose enough to remove by hand. Basically my front left wheel was coming off because it wasn't torqued properly. If you use locking nuts with a key, always ask them to torque it to spec using a torque wrench. The impact wrenches loose a lot of torque when used with a key, and if they don't then you might be looking at overtorqued lugs which is also dangerous.
