Excellent repair shop! I've been using this place for several years and it is the best shop I've experienced over decades of car ownership. I simply would not trust anyone else. Adam is honest, on time, and gives reliable estimates about what's needed. The mechanics really know their stuff. They even fixed a difficult electrical problem on an old Ford in under an hour, without charging a fortune. Amazing! More recently, I brought iin my '08 Mercedes E350 for a transmission service and worn power steering pump. It was finished in half an afternoon, no nonsense, for 1/3 the price of a dealership. I had a wonderful experience at new complete. As a high school student, I was nervous about getting my car fixed, but the staff made everything easy. They were friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. The repair was done quickly and they didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. My car runs great now, and I feel much more confident about maintaining it. I highly recommend this shop for their honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service!

My 2012 VW GTI wouldn’t start. After about 2 months of back or forth with other shops I came to New complete auto repair. Adam and John were very knowledgeable in diagnosing and getting my car back on the road. Work was done fast and prices are fair. Will return in the future.

Came here through a recommendation from a friend. I needed my headlight and side view mirror replaced. They were able to fix and replace it quickly (since i had the replacement parts on me at the time). Price is very reasonable and they did a great job. Also the staff are here are nice and helpful
