The driver was very kind and expressed his concern over their tardiness in sending a car. The dispatcher routed a car to me and it never arrived...this is 20 minutes later in 25° weather. I had to call 3 times so they could have any sense of urgency. And I was still late, thanks Brooklyn!

The worst experience ever. My pick up time was for 11am appointment in the city and I live in Brooklyn. The driver came at 11:35am and I didn’t reach my appointment till 1:15pm. I called the base to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was the rudest and said it was my fault. To top it off I had a spinal procedure and did not have any food, water, or food in a lot pain. I called my health insurance and informed them and now they will not be getting paid for this ride. After the procedure I called for a return ride and was told they are not going to service me. I had to take the train home in bandages and all. Someone should be FIRED !!!!! Taxi and Limousine will receive a call from me too.

Extremely unreliable. I ordered a car at 2:45, told me 5 minutes. called them again, they said 3 mins and it took longer. I finally got into a car at 3:10 the driver gave me the wrong street name but the correct street number and tells me he isn't my cab and kicks me out with my daughter in the rain. The dispacher gave him the wrong destination but he was my driver. All in all, I missed my prenatal appointment that was at 3:20. A 20 min ride away, I would've gotten a uber but I left my cellphone at my mothers home the night before.

We ordered a car yesterday in the morning at 8:45 am to go to my job and they just didn't show up and when I called they didn't pickup at all, after calling 10 times they said the car will be here in a minute, after waiting another while (in the rain) they asked me, the car is not there? after calling an waiting they just said the will send another car but also didn't show up at all, Luckily Uber has an incredible network of drivers and was able to pick me up without much notice. Extremely disappointed in New Brooklyn car service.

Waited 20 minutes for a taxi that was supposed to come in 8 minutes. When called back they didn’t answer! They are only good to go to the airport cause you have to call a night before. Other than that, these people are horrible.
