MVP1 Auto Collision

I brought my vehicle to this body shop following a motor vehicle accident. My insurance company issued payment to this shop in the amount of $12,000 for repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that no repairs had been performed. At the direction of my insurance company, I took the vehicle to another body shop to cross-reference the original estimate with the condition of the vehicle. It was confirmed that the repairs billed for were not completed. My insurance company also sent MVP 1 own inspector to review the vehicle. The inspector confirmed that the work had not been performed. Two days after picking up my vehicle from this shop, I was involved in another accident. This occurred after the vehicle was returned to me without the documented repairs and with safety-related components not properly addressed. I made multiple attempts to contact the body shop by phone, text message, and email to resolve this matter and received no response. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience and the findings of my insurance company and its inspector, I would advise others to avoid this body shop.

I recently took my car to these guys for a complete paint job. I never imagined they'd do such a bad job. At first, the owner seemed very friendly, but it was the opposite. I don't recommend this place. Thanks!!!!

Beware of this shop, especially the owner. He may seem friendly and talk a good game, but his actions tell a very different story. My vehicle was at this shop for over two months, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The job was left incomplete, the quality of work was poor, and to make matters worse, the car suffered additional damage while in their care. Shockingly, even one of the employees admitted that cars don’t come out 100% he said 70% is the best they can do. Yet I was still expected to pay 100% of the cost. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere preferably to a shop with a reputation for honesty and quality work.
