I called and was quoted a price of $370.00 which included a $30.00 AAA discount. When the car was ready I was told it would be $394.00 which included the tax. It was raining so they offered to pick me up. When I got there while everyone I felt with was nice this is the bill I received: Starter assembly: $200.00? New positive terminal $30.00 and shop supplies $20.00. Finally there was Starter Assembly remove and replace $132.00. The “real” actual total that I paid was $382 not $370.00 and with the tax it was actually $415.91 not $394.00. So where was my supposed $30.00 AAA discount and even if I did not get that a 10% senior citizen discount. ***Note** none of the choices of which service did I get are correct. I will select transmission so I can move on.

This Place Is Absolutely Horrible I Came In For an After Market Control Arm Replacement , Because they are a 2 min drive from my house and I didn’t have oem replacement money at the time lol. The shop proceeded to replace the part with the absolute wrong part for a different model same car .When I got my car back I heard a rubbing noise ,when asked I was told that I needed a new tire rod due to control arm damage and was quoted $300 the same day , so I looked around and thought it would be best to get the tire rod from them so the next day I came back & he told me the price would be $350, I told him we agreed on $300 the day before so he agreed and was told my total would be $300, so we proceeded after the work was done & I went to pick up the car the final price was $395 , & when asked I was told the $95 is the tax then he tried to show me on the calculator a very odd calculation., & The part that was purchased the day before was a total of $350.00 and after tax $357.98 so i tried to explain this and he brushed me off and demanded payment , so I was very furious on how the amount went up 30% , We Came to An Agreement after a customer intervened and said the tax is invalid he then demanded $385 instead and wouldn’t release my car until another invalid amount was paid. ( Now Writing This 2 Weeks Later The Control Arm Part That Was Replaced Was Replaced Without Checking My VIN # Because the part is for the exact car just wrong chassis model ) My truthful Opinion Is This Is One The Most Shady Shops If Your Going For A simple oil change , wheel alignment or inspection then your fine buy If you actually need any service due to wear & tear save your self the headache !

I brought my car in for a state inspection around 10:30 a.m. There was only one car ahead of me, and it was already being worked on. I told the cashier I’m here an inspection and he said ok someone’s going to be there shortly. After waiting for about 10 minutes no one came and he went to look for the person but couldn’t locate him at first. When the guy (supervisor) eventually returned, he didn’t acknowledge me with a greeting or smile and simply said he was fully booked for the day. I’ve visited this location before and have always had great experiences with the older gentleman, he’s consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to this individual unwelcoming attitude. A bit more courtesy would have made a big difference

Gave me an incorrect diagnostic report and made me spend money on filters for a car that wouldn't start. Due to their incorrect results, it delayed my warranty company from approving my bill with the next mechanic. I had issues with my starter, a 1-day repair that took weeks because of the conflict between the 2 reports.

Nice guys. Quick friendly service for car inspections. I’ve bought a few cars here and will continue to do business with them.
