MR TIRES

This was the worst tire shop experience I’ve had in New York City. I went there because my tire suddenly developed a bulge and needed help fixing it. Instead of trying to repair it or offer any reasonable solution, the staff immediately told me I had to buy a brand-new tire. What was most disappointing was their attitude. They were not helpful, did not show any concern about the situation, and didn’t even apologize. It felt like they were only interested in selling a new tire rather than helping a customer who came in with a problem. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest or helpful service.

“Worst experience ever. I came here to fix my tire and after only 2 days it broke again. The repair clearly was not done properly. When I went back to talk about the issue, the worker was extremely rude and disrespectful instead of helping fix the problem. Poor customer service, poor quality work, and a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this tire shop at all. So pls don’t go there

I had it done because I had to. Really bad service. Very expensive. I had a tire repaired because it was leaking air and I paid twice the price compared to other places. I mean, you look at the air pressure in your other tires, but the guy didn't even check the air pressure in his other tires.

STAY AWAY!!! I called in to ask how much to balance and mount four brand new tires. They said 120$ and I thanked them and declined. Then an hour later they called me back on their own will. Told me they have a better price. I drove in to only find out they dis a bait and switch. They charged me 140. I declined and the attendant wanted to fight me. I felt threatened amd left. No way will I have my car touched by these criminals. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS! Go to 21st in astoria, I got mine installed for 100$ total.

The gentleman that helped with my flat tire was courteous and professional. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.
