I had a great experience with this phone repair shop. They provided timely service—my phone was repaired exactly within the time they promised. Overall, the service was very good. Special thanks to Max for giving my phone a new life! The price was reasonable, and the quality of service was excellent. I will definitely return in the future and totally recommend this place.

Found Mr. Fix smith through an ad on FB Marketplace for an iPhone 15 pro max used. Communication was good, iPhone was in excellent condition. Price was good, not great. I just couldn’t give 5 stars cause FB ad said 100% battery health but the phone they had was 90%. I had negotiated the price based on 100% but phone had 90%. That 10% very significant. Right thing to do was adjust the price for the 90% but “Max” said take it or leave it. A bit of false advertising, probably bait and switch, whatever. Overall was a good experience. Not great due to bait and switch. I been around so I know these tricks. He did throw in a screen protector.
