Came in here with water damage only to find out my battery on top of that was also swollen, owner was so nice and charged me for the screen only— while also fixing my battery AND giving me a new screen protector! please come here for your phone repair needs or tech needs! Support the business! Inserting a before of what my screen and battery looked like too and the replacement he gave me. what a great guy!!!🥺🥺🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Found Mr. Fix smith through an ad on FB Marketplace for an iPhone 15 pro max used. Communication was good, iPhone was in excellent condition. Price was good, not great. I just couldn’t give 5 stars cause FB ad said 100% battery health but the phone they had was 90%. I had negotiated the price based on 100% but phone had 90%. That 10% very significant. Right thing to do was adjust the price for the 90% but “Max” said take it or leave it. A bit of false advertising, probably bait and switch, whatever. Overall was a good experience. Not great due to bait and switch. I been around so I know these tricks. He did throw in a screen protector.
