MPG Parking (Lardon 1350)

I had a very disappointing experience at this parking facility. During my interaction, a staff member was dismissive of my questions and behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I also experienced inappropriate comments related to my ethnicity, which was extremely uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, regardless of gender or background. This experience did not meet those expectations. I have reported this incident to management and hope they take appropriate action to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for all customers.

Worst experience of my life. Bought parking across the street and they had an issue so they sent me to this address. Guys told me twice that I am not allowed to be here and they won’t take my car even though across the street is the same company. They rejected multiple people making a huge mess with exiting the facility. I had to buy another ticket and waste additional money to park in this lot since they wouldn’t accept anyone’s car. With that, they made multiple people very late to the event that was happening that night. Later on, picking up the car took over 45+ minutes because they were extremely slow and inconsiderate of the lines. As my vehicle was approaching the exit, they don’t pay attention and almost ran over multiple peoples feet. Let alone they don’t understand any sort of english and had no consideration for the issue going on across the street even though they are the same company.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! I experienced a flat tire in this location, and I strongly advise AGAINST parking here. Trusting the valet driver with my car was a mistake. The response I received when I reported the flat tire was unprofessional. I absolutely do NOT recommend parking here.

Parked here recently for a concert at the Barclays. Reserved my time via ParkWhiz. Team couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend booking and enjoying the walk to the Barclays, or surrounding area, if in need of a spot!

This was a last minute decision after we discovered our original purchased ticket for a parking lot did not exist. My partner and I drove into this lot which was the closest to our original parking destination. Immediately the attendant was polite and understanding. We were in a rush and he got us all set in minutes. We will definitely be parking here again due to the distance from the Barclays Center and the professionalism of the staff and safety of our car once we were ready to depart home. Thanks again!!!
