The young staff at the front desk are very polite and professionally answer all your questions. Their pricing is far lower than the dealer. I noticed both sides of the street and the shop itself were packed with cars waiting for service—mostly European vehicles—with almost no parking spaces available. This clearly shows how busy and trusted they are, so making an appointment is very important because the technicians are extremely busy.
