The first time I call this guy's. The owner was super friendly. I was clueless of what happened to the car. The owner send his guys to assist me. Even recommend me a tow truck. When i drop of the car at the shop, the guys started working on it immediately. I was able to get the car back that even. The owner was very honest price was okay. I recommend them

Best mechanic I've found in NY. I've owned my car for 5 years and have brought it to 6 different shops over the years for repairs, oil changes, tires, etc. Julio and the team at Model A are beyond wonderful. They are transparent, affordable, reliable, personable, and all-around great people. I will only be bringing my car to Model A Transmission. THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!

I’ve been bringing my car to Julio for about 7 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He and his team are friendly and you always feel like you’re in good hands. Julio is really transparent about what’s going on with the car and great at communicating, which makes such a difference. He always explains things clearly. The work is always high quality, and I really appreciate that they’ll give me a heads up on what might need attention in the future so I’m not caught off guard. Will continue to support and tell others about Model A in the future.
