Guys, they work incredibly quickly and with immense passion. The work hours are also slightly better compared to other shops. They offer a wide range of replacement parts at various price points. This place is highly underrated. They saved me from being stuck with a heavy ebike in the city. Thank you 🙏

Very disappointing experience. I brought my e-bike in for a simple cable issue and the mechanic tried to sell me an incompatible part, claiming it was “better” for my bike. After installing his cable, my bike started having serious problems: delayed throttle response, power loss, and unstable performance. When I fixed the problem myself using the original Arrow 10 cable, everything immediately worked perfectly again — proving the part he installed was the issue. It’s clear he either doesn’t understand e-bike wiring or is trying to push low-quality parts to customers. I can’t trust a shop that causes more problems instead of fixing them. Not recommended. Be careful — check everything before you pay.

These guys were kinda nice enough to check my battery and tell me the reason my bike’s not working is because the battery is not taking charge and they did all that for free so I just want to give them a shout out!! thank you.

Compare to other repair shops, this shop has the best price. In addition, the owner is very honest. He refuses customers' tips if there is no repaire work needed. Please check this shop and bring business to this small repair shop. I am sure you will be happy! 😊

Stay away from this place.they over charge and do horrible work. Daniels Bike shop on east 14 Street cheaper and great work.
