i get that auto shops make easy money off air/cabin filter changes but if a car has expensive custom/reusable ones installed, you don't throw them out and charge to install cheap disposable ones my mistake for letting the driver take care of a quick oil change only to be nickle & dimed for brake pads and air filters that clearly did not need to be replaced for $450 not only that, they tried to charge an extra $200 to fix a faulty sensor, but that's covered by warranty so will do that separately at the dealership they took advantage of our driver who didn't know any better and charged for unnecessary work greedy and dishonest sales practices

Mr kim charged me $1000 for inner/outer tire rod/ 2 boots/ and to install rack and pinion . I brought my own rack and pinion. And he bent the exhaust open while prying sub frame with metal rod. Exhaust line he himself cracked. Charged me extra $200 for welding. Rack and pinion boots came off after few days. Went back 8 different times to have him put the proper size boots. He never did, kept on telling me come Tomorrow. I was tired of that bs. I told him I’ll buy Honda parts boots and bring it. He then agreed on replacing it. But then again I went back. Kept telling come tomorrow. Tomorrow. Never going back there again ever..
