I got this 2017 Audi A4 for my birthday at the end of march. I went to this shop for my vehicle inspection and during this inspection I told JR I had concerns for my breaks. He advised me that if something is wrong with the breaks I would not pass the inspection. My car passed the inspection and a couple days later the break light came on and I returned to this shop. I was advised to purchase an abs sensor. After the part was put in the car I was advised to buy a hydraulic break booster. My car was in the shop for 1 week and when returned to me it came back with more problems than before because the parts were not put correctly in the car. I was given back )435 and I was advised that I would have to pay $8000 for extra parts to fix the problem and if not I should sell it to someone more equipped to take care of it. They joked about putting my car in a shipping container and taking it back to their country. Since I’ve left your shop I’ve felt unsafe in my car and I have been hit due to break malfunction because of the parts and systems malfunctioning in my car. I have to pay $3,000 out of pocket to fix my car due to your mechanics irresponsible actions. This is unacceptable.

Since then we have gone to Mike’s several times for a variety of services. They are always friendly, honest, and will help find options to make the repairs as affordable as possible. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are now our go-to place. I feel like I can trust them.

My experience working with Mike was that he goes above and beyond for his clients. After my catalytic converter was stolen the dealership told me it would be 3 months to get a new one. Mike ran down an aftermarket converter that fits my car perfectly, worked with a tow company to pick it up from the dealer service center in Brooklyn and with my insurance and had my car ready in under a week. Moreover, he found an antitheft device that would fit and installed it for me. Mike was patient with me as I called him repeatedly to ask different quesito s and try to get a cover for the converter. He kept his word and did everything as he said he would. Absolutely phenomenal service. I would highly recommend him and I’ll return next time I have an issue. Thank you Mike!
