My wife always brings her car here for service, inspections, etc. When we bring the car, we ALWAYS leave the keys in it. Why? BECAUSE THEY CANT MOVE THE CAR WITHOUT THEM! As far as rudeness goes? We've never noticed it. Always polite conversation with both gentlemen while waiting for the work to be done. So if you come on a 100 degree day at 1 pm, don't expect speedy service because nobody works like a dog in 100 degree heat, no matter what color skin you have or what ethnicity you are. Get up early and get there early. In and out service all the time. Yes the building is run down. Does that matter? No. Equipment to do the job is what you need and they have it all.

This is my go to place for anything dealing with my car. As a woman, I am always concerned about being taken advantage of but Joel is always honest and doesn’t overcharge. I feel very comfortable coming here and have been a customer for several years.

Great guys, honest and easy to deal with. I've used them for regular oil changes and brakes etc. Never had any problems. They do good work and don't charge an arm and a leg. If they can't figure out the problem they will tell me honestly.

Love this place! They're great, they never try to overcharge, and will let you know if something can be fixed cheaper elsewhere. They're honest and really nice people. The have also never talked down to me just because I'm female. That's a big plus in my book!

I went in for an inspection and oil change. I was told that it couldn't be done because they were too busy. I asked again and was ignored. When I asked for the third time how long the wait was, I was told it would be about 30 minutes. I left the car and came back in 30 minutes after taking my son to the nearby park. When I came back asking about the inspection, I was told I didn't leave my keys. I responded that they never asked for my keys. To which I was told that I lost my spot. I had enough and told them they lost a customer as I left. As I was driving away, the two workers were yelling at each other. Given the widely differing experiences of the customer reviews, I wonder whether he discriminates. I am Jewish and was dressed as such.
