Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been to the service is terrible the people are rude and they don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. They cost me business and if you go to them they’ll cost you yours too.
View on GoogleI’m all about supporting local businesses but if the business is out to rob and get over on the actual people that live in the neighborhood then I don’t condone it. First and last time I ever go to this shop. I was the first on there in the morning. Waited outside and was totally forgotten about. Other cars going before me. Finally I was serviced after about 3 cars. Told the mechanic what the problem was and he agreed. Over $500 and 3 hours later I pick up my car. Drove it around and still making the same noise. I’m not going to take it back. Should’ve listen to my gut feeling and stayed away. Lesson learned. Hard to find a honest mechanic these days.
View on GoogleThis was my 3rd time there Once to check a tire, once for an inspection, and this time to see if I needed a new starter or ignition because I was having issues with my car starting even after getting a brand new battery installed a week ago. THANKFULLY it was the starter. Richie was so thorough in his work and is such a down to earth guy. Theresa is wonderful and has a great personality. I find their pricing very reasonable and service exceptional.
View on GoogleMy family goes to this place to support a family owned business and because they are straight up with you about mechanical problems or not. If you want your repaired inspected, diagnostics, this will do it. This remains in business for this reason, not a scam. Always willing to help keep your vehicle safe on the road. Thank You Teresa and Midland Auto for being a pillar of light in this community. Angel P.
