Great customer service and looks out for the customer. Recently purchased a Subaru Legacy 2013, they provided the Carfax and were very upfront about everything. They even took care of the rusted wheel bearing which started acting up shortly after my purchase without question. The car runs great and no issues since then. Already put almost a couple thousand miles on it. Raymond took great care of us and was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for a used car, 5/5 stars, great overall experience and am very happy with my purchase.

I wish I could say better things about Ray and middle village motors, but the truth is these ppl just want to make a dollar and move on. ray gets these vehicles from auctions and idk what he does but it seems like it's the bare minimum to get these cars operational and to pass state inspection. I bought a 2015 grand Cherokee that had no breaks (almost metal to metal), and an oil leak from the gasket. Check engine on and off, he agrees to repair the oil leak but the check engine is still on and I got no receipt or paperwork on what was even done. Check engine came back on and haven't heard from them since. be careful when doing business with them, check vehicles thoroughly before purchasing. Preferably with a knowledgeable technician. They seem genuine but are not unfortunately

I am very pleased that Ray and his company were able to accommodate my son on his first new car! Everything we saw that needed to be taken care of with the car Ray made sure it was done! My son is thrilled, but the main reason as parents, he has a safe and dependable vehicle! We’re BACK, this Passat flooded December 23, 2022 and we bought another car from them!
