2011 bmw 3 series. rear bumper hit. Taillights were all bent, trunk didn't open or close. Mid Island collision fixed it to perfection in 1 week, and I have a real eye for details and it was perfect. Excellent customer service, the secretary was very kind and took her time to explain the insurance stuff with me even thought I'm sure she goes through it 100 times a day. Great communication. They detailed my car inside and out, it was like I was receiving a new car.

Cannot say enough about the owner / manager Michael. When it comes to repairing a car post accident, communication needs to happen between multiple parties, i.e. both drivers, both insurance companies, adjuster, etc. Michael and his staff handled this communicative process flawlesssly. This shop is filled with true professionals, and it shows in their craftsmanship, fair pricing, and effective communication. Michael even gave me recommendations on how to best work with the rental car company, actually calling them for me and having them extend my rental period as we waited for more repair parts. Been going to this mechanic for well over 12 years now. Their prices have always been fair and always completed in a timely basis. He’s also honest about the repairs that you actually need. Doesn’t try to upswell services or use cheap parts.

It took 3 months to have a bumper painted and the price always changes...I'm not sure what happened but the quality of work has gone down since my last review
