This is my first review ever but let me make one thing clear. In life you get what you pay for and that is exactly what happen to me. I had a bad experience in one shop and decided to go to another shop. I read about the owner in this place having experience but that my friends is an understatement. I was fortunate enough to see the man in action. The passion he has for bikes is insane the experience was unexplainable. Just seeing him tune the bike with his eyes close listening for the perfect sound. Guys basically what I’m saying is look no further. If you care for your bike as people care for their car etc look no further. You found the right shop he’s a BIKE MASTER! Thank you again to the shop my bike is perfect!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable on all styles of bikes. First time there and fixed folding bike for my son and tuned my a mountain bike I bought used for myself. Thank you

At times, they are very busy, so get ready to wait. Otherwise, the owner (whom possesses over 30 years of experience) is extremely skilled and has a team of professionals in tow that are accessible. Decent merchandise and accessories for a new outfit. In addition, the owner is well-versed in electrical components and was able to install a headlamp on our Himiway Escape (aka Big Dog aka Cargo e-bike) with ease. And, if you're in the mood for making your e-bike stand out over the rest, they can literally reupholster your seat with any kind of fabric or leather. We used pieces of a custom Italian sofa that we recently discarded. For The Bronx market, it's your place to manage all your high-end as well as big ticket electric/bicycles. Not to mention, they're open 7 days in a week.

Awful bike shop charged me 43 dollars for a patch? Are you insane? On top of the MASSIVE attitude and ego the shop owner had towards me. Even though i was very polite. An absurd wait time of 2 HOURS. AND ALL THIS Just to see my bikes tire deflated again after not even riding it for 3 days after that. they did a awfull job Dont come here!
