Metro Wash and Lube

Very disappointed with Metro Wash and Lube. I brought in my 2025 Honda HR-V for a wash and left with fresh damage to the wheel arch trim and paint. The scratch was NOT there before entering the wash. The damage is deep and clearly visible! When I used this car wash, I noticed that the mat fasteners had come loose, but I thought that was normal; this time, it was much worse! Customers should not have to worry about their car getting damaged during a basic wash. I strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully before leaving this place. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.

I recently contacted this shop regarding a transmission fluid change. When I called, the staff member who answered was polite and provided me with an estimated price. I clearly explained that I would bring my own fluid and only needed the service performed. She confirmed this was fine and told me I could come in. She also asked twice about my vehicle and even checked with a mechanic to confirm they could work on it. Based on that confirmation, I drove there and waited in line for about two hours. However, when it was finally my turn, the mechanic came out and told me they would not work on my vehicle at all. I was then turned away. As a result, I wasted an entire day due to incorrect information being provided over the phone. If the shop does not service certain vehicles, this should be clearly communicated from the beginning to avoid unnecessary time and travel for customers. Overall, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this shop. They do not appear to take customer communication or service seriously, and my experience was very unprofessional. I would also suggest confirming everything in writing before considering them, as their pricing is not particularly low and the service does not match basic expectations of professionalism.

I went there today 4/12/26 DO not waste your time and money in this unprofessional unpleasant car wash the guy name Orlando ( Mexicano me gritaste vete a la ver ga, He insulted and yell at me in Spanish I hope the owner send you home forever ) he charges me extra for wax and they didn't do anything $33 for nothing. Is the first place all workers are lazy and horrible attitudes. But the way the from desk lady doesn't help at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS car wash, I hope they change management or closed, trust the reviews DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

I don't usually get my car washed here since there is a hand wash place not far away that I think does a better job - but the wash here is fine and I've never had an issue with it. But I always come here to get the oil changed and other minor service. For years I was ripped off elsewhere but an Uber driver with over 200k miles on his Camry told me to go here and they are terrific and honest. A year ago I was told that my car could use new brakes and they could do it then or I could get away with it for a few thousand more miles (i.e. the next oil change). So several months later I went back and they were able to do the brakes in addition to the regular service. Prices are very fair and the staff actually explain what needs to be done and why when you ask. I am going to head there in an hour, my Cadillac just hit 50k miles and it's time to have it serviced. They also do emissions inspections and plenty of other services too. And the best part is, you can go to Trader Joe's across the street while you wait!

I paid for the extra best wash , didn’t receive tire shine , The inside was barely vacuumed. The outside was not wiped down adequately.The service does not match the amount this establishment prices their washes at.
