Unfortunately I had to take a few cars to Metro Lane Auto Services for body work (due accidents) and each & everytime my cars left looking brand new and also ran as if they were never hit. Billie (the owner) does excellent body & mechanical work (and he guarantees the work). No short cuts and he'll work with you financially. Mind you, I took some pretty high-end cars to him for body work (Lexus Es, BMW X4, Range Rover Velar & Volvo XC90). All came back looking & running like they did before being hit.

I have good things to say about this shop. My car rear drive side was damage from a hit and run and the shop did a flawless repair. Billy is easy to talk to making the experience of present one. Only downside is that my battery was dead. I left it there for a few days.

Very poor experience I had a very bad experience with this auto repair shop. I brought my Honda here because the front bumper was damaged after hitting a flower bed. The owner gave me an initial price for a partial bumper repair, so I left my car with them. Instead of being repaired, my car was moved to the street the next day and then sat for almost three weeks before any real work began. During the time my car was in their possession, it was scratched in several places, which was unacceptable. When the repair finally started, I was told that the original quote was missing the lower bumper panel and I was asked to pay more than originally agreed, which felt unprofessional and misleading. After the repair, the lower fog light was installed improperly, leaving a large visible gap around it. I contacted the owner multiple times asking for help to fix this issue, but once the payment was collected, he stopped responding. This issue dragged on for two to three months, and in the end I had to pay additional money just to get the fog light fixed properly. The entire process involved long delays, poor workmanship, unclear pricing, and almost no after-service. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

their diagnostic skills are poor, I brought my car to another mechanic, and they were able to identify the problem correctly in under 50 seconds. I would not recommend this shop for repairs or diagnostics. I wouldn’t waste my time with them. My car has new scratches under their possessions.

The owner took cash in full for service before he started work the person who hit me paid in full. I have been waiting for a bumper for almost 2 months They did fix the bump on the trunk but did not complete the work of the bumper. I call everyday for about a month and have come to my senses that I am being ghosted by the owner. Every time i call it rings about 10 times . I got an employee answer the phone twice and was told the boss is not here yet. I keep calling and nothing
