I bought my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 at Mercedes Benz Manhattan. Last week I took it for its first service to Mercedes Benz service in Manhattan. It couldn’t have been worse. First I had agreed when I called that I was dropping the car the night before at 5pm. When I took the car to my appointment at 5 they said NO U have to bring the car tomorrow morning. At the end I left the car that day at 5pm but had to argue with them. Then Angelo was supposed to call me the following morning to let me know at what time I could pick the car up. He never did. I called at 4pm and he returned my call. But the very worst thing that happened is that for some reason they messed up my Apple Play- they somehow broke damaged the wireless. I came back immediately for them to help me get it back. The concierge was apparently busy and the guy at the front desk tried to but couldn’t. I spoke with Jonathan the service manager - Manhattan and he told me there was no reason to touch the Apple play while servicing the car. I have taken my brand new car to Mercedes Benz of Greenwich- Service department. Now I have to drop the car on Thursday because the wireless for the Apple Play is out- broken NIGHTMARE

Overcharging, inefficient and unprofessional. They never are able to complete service on time, and you have to call time and again to figure out when you can retrieve your vehicle. To top this off, they always recommend you replace items that need not replacing. I have a car with merely 15,000 miles and they wanted to replace spark plugs and to service my rear differential. Even worse, the car had two malfunctions that in order for them to diagnose, they charged me the incredible amount of 900. Only to later learn that they could have fixed one of the problems with a replacement that was on sale on their website for 300!!! If you don’t care about wasting money on the service of your car, do take it there.we definitely never going there again I also should mention that this year a colossus like Mercedes Benz decided to pass the cost of using the credit card to the consumer! Now you pay more if you use a credit card (instead of cash or a debit card) —a detail that they failed to point out in advance. Unbelievable!!!
